We aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During product launches, promotions, public holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays and your location.

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipping timeframes begin once the item has been dispatched.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised on our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and products received.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
